DART was established in 1984 by a team of three brothers which over time evolved to having one brother, Howard Nichols, as the sole owner. He ran the company successfully for many years until, for personal health reasons, had to step away. At this point, his children stepped up and managed the company with Howard still as the owner. Later, DART underwent some changes and Howard decided to sell the company to his daughter Megan, and her partner, Cory Wall. It was during Cory and Megan's ownership that Chad worked for DART. Two years later through his continued friendship with Cory and Megan Chad was offered to Purchase the Company in March of 2023.
